Our Personal Care and Homemaker Services are designed to help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home. We provide compassionate assistance with daily activities while respecting each client’s dignity, privacy, routines, and personal preferences.
Personal care may include support with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility, meal assistance, medication reminders, and other activities of daily living. Our homemaker services help maintain a clean, organized, and comfortable home environment through light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, errands, and companionship.
With every visit, our goal is to provide reliable support that promotes comfort, independence, and peace of mind for both clients and their families.

Medical Appointments & Transportation
Colorado Healthcare Solutions can transport wheelchair-bound clients to appointments and community programs on our wheelchair accessible van equipped with a lift and security belts and ties for 3 wheelchairs. Clients are always accompanied by our staff.
Visiting Doctors are optional to all clients and paid by insurance, private pay, or Medicaid / Medicare.
The number of hours for service under any insurance and Medicaid must be pre-approved by your Case Manager prior to starting services and depends on the client’s health condition and medical needs.
Spanish Speaking
We have administrators and staff fluent in Spanish to assist Spanish-speaking clientele. Translated brochures or contact information may be requested.
